Student Council

Student Council is the student government at NCHS. It is the Student Council's job to help the student body and the community in anyway needed.
The Student Council's biggest activity is the planning, constructing, and tearing down of the NCHS homecoming week. Homecoming week is full of activities, a parade, and a dance.
The Student Council is also involved in other activities such as Relay For Life in the spring, selling popcorn at every home basketball game, working at freshman orientation, and working at parent-teacher conferences in the fall.
In order to be on Student Council, a student must get a petition signed. Then the students from each class are interviewed and voted on. Six members from each class make up the Student Council body
